Does anyone else keep up with games other than me? sheesh...

Anyways, since no ones starting any sort of topics on anything of interest, I figure I'll do my best to keep this place semi-not dead by posting.

Heres ign's wrap up of E3

http://revolution.ign.com/articles/708/708558p1.html

And a video of who they thought was the "winner" (day 3)

I have much to say, especially about Sony...
But I think I'll wait until someone provokes me, wheres that andy character? :o

Revolution is the only console that impressed me. XB360 isn't new, and PS3 requires to sell you a kidney for graphics that aren't even all that great (since Sony sure as hell won't do anything new)

If i wanted OMG PC GAMES ON MY TEEVEE?! I'd get an XB360, and if I wanted to blow a shitton of money, I'd consider PS3. Neither of those situations are true, though.

If you were too bothered to see the second link, which is the video wrap up on day 3, they interview all the editors of all systems on ign...

Feel free to call them all Nintendo fanboys, the Sony editors themselves in particular looked pretty pumped about their system.

So please dont jump to your defensive fanboy conclusions so soon before you post.

Here are some other "fanboys".

I'm not posting to brag or something, I'd like to think I'm above that sort of thing, I'm posting because its E3, which is usually a big event.

I agree, the Nintendo Wii is the most interesting new console and looks to be the most fun. I saw screenshots of an NFL 2007 game on it and the controls for passing the ball and all are your own passing movements. If you want to throw to a receiver you make the throwing motion over your shoulder like a QB. Lateral passing is a swoop to the side. A Tennis game I saw looked really fun, too. And Red Steel looked like it was going to be the most interactive game of which I am aware.

Nintendo's console impresses me the most. Sony's the least. Xbox is a good center ground. The entire gyroscope thing in the PS3 control is total crap.

I was at E3. The Nintendo Wii is fun, just like my own.
