According to Japan has decided to withdraw its troops from Southern Iraq where they had been helping to rebuild. Is this a victory for the new Iraqi government (ie they're becoming stronger and more able to stand on their own) or is the coalition losing heart?

It was stupid to have Japanese troops there anyways. They are constitutionally crippled as soldiers.

You all saw the report on the news that more than 500 WMDs have been discovered in Iraq. Of course MSNBC and CNN aren't carrying the story on their front page, but instead a story about the earth is the hottest this year than any other year in the past 2000 years ... by 0.6 degrees.
