Flash player! HELP!

I wanted to see that Windows RG thing but I can't get the flash player to install on my PC. I wen to macrapmedia.com and they have this stupid button "Click here to install the flahs player", when I click it it brings me to a page with an unknown object and if I click it it says I need to install the view, if I choose yes it brings me back to the same page.<br><br>I always had nightmares trying to install this flash shit! I remember before (win 98 or ME automatically downloaded and installed it and u accessed a file that had flash, why can't windows 2000 do that???).<br><br>Please help me get a flash player!
