Nice. Clear and objective. I especially liked the "Please escalate this issue to the correct individual that would be able to address it." part.

Nice letter Chris...I know I am late to post on this.<br><br>Let us know what happens though.  My company is ALL Dell, and they have been really responsive to problems with us in the past, replacing stuff, upgrading when appropriate.  Hope they are as good to you.

Yeh, I'm anxious to see what happens... I'm on the verge of getting a new main system.. I'm thinking of the Dell Inspiron 8000 series... So before I plunge in and  dry out my pocket I would like to see what happens...<br><br>Keep us posted.
