I'm an advocate for abandonware.
If the company isn't selling the game anymore, they are not making any money off of it, period.
If I had the power to do so, I would legalize it.
This is my belief.
If you buy a CD, you pay for the materials, and the license to the music. Therefore you are entitled to download the music from the Internet for your own use.
If you buy a video game, you pay for the materials and the license to the game. Therefore you are entitled to download the ROMs.
If the game is no longer made, no one gains or loses if the game is released. After so many years, they should be released under GPL.
I'm sure the people who invented baseball wouldn't be upset with computer company's that make baseball games. Why won't companies let others port their games to platforms they have no to plan to support?

You say that you hate images, but that graphic at the top that scrolls (or whatever that one at a time thing is) took 25 seconds for my pc to load. before submitting again, ther'd better some sort of pong in there, bub. Your site, while better than mine, does not recieve the Dr. Phat's Phat Seal Of Phatness. Goodbye.
