Why do Microsoft monopolise the damned market with a crap product. Every Sunday, their servers clog up and I can't get on Messenger.

Why don't they increase the bandwidth ovr their networks? Because they can't be arsed. They should stop flogging Messenger as an essential companion to Windows XP until they can fix the damned thing!
