Posted: Dec 20, 2001 @ 3:33pmNo, it's legal as long as the audio clip is under 10 SECONDS long. I work for a broadcast company on the weekends, I can tell you that we can't play any copyrighted material that we don't have the rights to for more than 10 seconds.<br><br>Hypocrit
