ArenaSpy for Quake III

Has anyone ever tried using ArenaSpy (made by GameSpy) for Quake III?  Its a program that is built into quake giving it a better multiplayer game search tool.  The directions for installation are quite clear on their website, but I can't seem to get it working (I have the latest quake version - 1.31).  If anyone knows the real directions, please fill me in.  Thanks!<br><br>ArenaSpy's Website:

the site is reffering to the 1.27 point release, look at the date man, its last year, there is no update for 1.28 or up so, give it up.
