Technically, felt tip pins are a violation of the DMCA now. Same with the gel made to make gummy bears. Remember, next time you write or eat any of these, you are in violation of the DMCA, and are subject to the gov punishing your ass anyway they see fit.

Just shows how ridiculous this law really is.

Me: NO, I swear...

Customs guy: SHOW ME YOUR TONGUE, HOODLUM!

Me: Bwey hath neffuh aethem gwummi bwears, sjir

Customs guy: Hmm, you seem to be clean.... If you just sign this form stating you have never eaten and never will eat gummi bears... you are free to go, but i'll be watching you...

Me: *quickly grabs felt tip pen out of pocket to sign form*

Customs guy: A HA!! YOU'RE COMING WITH ME, SONNY!!!

btw, I do understand why they would like to have a law like this, they can arrest about anyone they would like with it. It's just too vague... maybe it's even in conflict with the constitution (freedom of speech)

So, technically eating gummy bears while using a felt tip pen is 2 crimes? Whoa. I just realized somthing- there's a felt tip pen on my desk...
