Ya, I was going to say Aliens can be pretty freaky. But I don't get scared much and when I do I love it! And more down to earth things are good too. Nothing really gets me freaky frightened.

Jeepers Creapers was the most HILARIOUS movie ever. If you were scared by that then you've got problems. Mothman was FABULOUS! On my vacation two weeks ago I took a detour to Point Pleasant myself. My mom even remembers the day the bridge collapsed. She used to drive through there all the time with her parents on the way to their farm in Ohio. It's a pretty quaint place, really. The never rebuilt the bridge, you know. They built a park on it's location. The road just goes straight into the water on a pretty steep slope, you've got to be careful if you take that road. But the movie Mothman was AMAZING! I LOVE THAT MOVIE! It got me so freaked out. And strangely I notice things dart across the corner of my vision. Like I was watching TV in the living room on the couch and suddenly I see this black thing dart pass the window in less than a blink of the eye. This was 3 or so weeks after I saw the movie, so it wasn't fresh on my mind. But I immediately thought of that movie. Everything about Mothman was great. LOVED it! Most exhilerating movie I've seen in a while.

Oh, and little red lights. I've seen those. Not on tractors or anything. I have this weird recollection of seeing red points of light on the walls of my room... meh, maybe those aliens were partying in my room after they abducted me.

Maybe the static charge from a rat running inside your wall energized the electrical wires as it ran from the bathroom to your room causing the toilet to flush, then to turn your light on and fan, then to go on to turn the stereo on. That's my guess. Static electricity from a rat... yup.

Jeepers Creepers, the short version: Some creature in this small town has to eat body parts so it can use them itself. So if it wants an arm, then it eats your arm (and just your arm, but kills you).

The long... next post

That's for you Paul.

continued from last post...

BIG SPOILER... HA! Like anything could spoil Jeepers Creepers more than it already is.

Jeepers Creepers, the long: well, uhm... I don't really remember how to explain it. These two kids, a boy and sister, decide to take this shortcut to get home and it leads through this really rural town. Well this truck speeds passed them, and because the guy was a terrible driver and keeps grinding the clutch, almost runs them *gasp* onto the shoulder of the road! The HORROR! Well down the road the see the truck parked outside this old house and the people from the truck are shoving this thing that looks like a dead guy wrapped in a blanket down thus culvert sticking straight up out of the ground. Tons of humorous sexual jokes obviously came to mind with the people I was watching it with. Well, so the boy and sis argue for ever and ever *agh, boring* and finally decided to turn around, while the actors (ha!) try to act (ha!) terrified. So they come back to the hole in the ground and a crow caws. AH! I'm sceared says the girl. The guy tries to yell "hello? Mister are you okay?" down the pipe that's so long he can't see the bottom. Then he says "Hey! I think I see something" in the pitch black pipe and proceeds to crawl in while the girl holds his legs... ya, like that's gonna work . Well he obviously falls down the hole and can't see anything, oh but that's after about five minutes where the sis thinks her brother is dead and her yelling down the hole. But he wakes up and then she throws a flashlight to him and he finds all these dead bodies wrapped in blankets or something. All of their chests have been burst open, a la Aliens. But obviously there's a door  in this hole in the ground that leads him to that house and he gets out all nice and safe and tells her what he saw. So they freak out for another 15 minutes then drive down to some diner and try to call the police.

At this point, before they can dial, the pay phone rings and some psychic woman tells them they need to leave town and verifies her story by telling the kid what kind of shirt he has on :/. Mean while, while they freak out, the rest of the diner just looks solemly at them without a care in the world (he's got blood on him from down in the hole) and she's yelling "help us, dont you farging people farging care?" and so on. Oh, and the psychic woman tells them to watch when the "Jeepers creepers" song start's playing on the radio because something bad happens when that song plays. "jeepers creepers, where'd you get those peepers" I forget how the song goes, it's one of those oldies songs.

The cops come to escort them somewhere safe for the night, but when they go to their car it would appear that some 'creature' has gone through their suitcases and clothing and sniffed everything. So it's god the boys scent now.
Well the cop car is in front of them and they're following it in their car, and suddenly it's night now, when the kid turns the radio on and "jeepers creepers" starts playing. Suddenly they see this winged figure jump on top of the cop car and rips into both cops. So the sis that's driving the car stops the car. "Oh my god, what was that" blah blah blah. Well then something else happens I forget.

They come to this house farther down the road and the ladies psycho, she loves her cats. But the creeper followed them to the house and it jumps inside the house, the lady goes nuts protecting her cats and gets out her shotgun. But the creeper eats he. Then it jumps outside right infront of their car and they run it over, then back up and run it over again, then run it over again, the back up and run it over again, then back up and run it over again... that scene, running over the thing, was about another 5 minutes. Now remember, the whole movie is less than an hour and a half long.

Some other stuff happens, they go to the police station finally and the psycho psychic lady is there. She tells them "RUN! Hurry get out!" and then takes about 15 minutes to go into this psychic trance and tell the two what's going to happen and what's going on in the town. Well suddenly the power goes out and she yells "Get out" again. The creature is in the prison cells and eats prisoner after prisoner. Somehow this small town has a police force so large it triples the population, but they all sit there and shoot at the thing but die. The kids run up stairs and away. The psychic lady stays behind to "stop it" and is promptly eaten. Then they come to the last room and the creature runs up there. Somehow there are even MORE cops and they try to shoot at it but the creature has the boy prisoner. The girl tries to bargain with it "take me, not my oh so beloved brother that I've been arguing with none stop the entire movie." But the thing decides it likes the boy, the one it's been hunting all along and flyes off into the night with him.

Next seen, it's finally daylight again weeks later. The girls back home now, safe, and is mourning and junk. Then we flash to a scene at night where we see the creature flying away like a bat with the kid's eyes and the song "jeepers creepers" playing.

Worst movie EVER.
