Some people need to die and some don't

Some people need to die and some don't

Postby Pam » Jul 30, 2002 @ 2:23pm

On my way into work this morning, I heard on the radio that 10 children have died this summer from being left in a car and dying from the heat. A 9 month old baby in Cleveland died yesterday when his so-called "father" forgot he was in the car while at work. When they found the baby his body temperature was 108 degrees.

Some people need to die and some don't. The baby didn't. The motherf***er that left him in the car needs to die. I say we use one of the big ovens at a bakery and cook his ass.

And while I'm picking out people to exterminate, I certainly want to bring up the filthy rats that are abducting, raping, and murdering little children. There have been 3 or 4 stories in the past few months of little girls being taken right from their homes, then found dead a few days later in a field.

I've had it with this crap. Our society needs to wake up to the harshness of the world and forget about this "criminals have rights too" bull. As far as I'm concerned the bastards that do things like this are not human. They gave up their claim to humanity when they murder little babies. Treat them like the rabid animals they are and put them down!

I know what you mean Pam. This place is just so terrible. I pick up the newspaper today and a toddler died of heatstroke in my town yesterday from sitting in a car for 5 hours with an outside temperature of 95 degrees. Inside the car it was easily over 120*F.. for FIVE HOURS! They found the kid sprawled out underneath a seat clenching his hair! This stuff makes me sick.

The problem is, if we don't treat every criminal like a king, and he's found to be falsely arrested, there will be a big ol' gaping lawsuit, more gaping than goatse guy. It's a sad state we live in today.
holy internets batman.

I agree with the child kidnapping thing, but with the people that leave their kids in cars:

Is stupidity a crime?

It's a tough question, and I think it's as ridiculous as you do that they left their kids in a frigging boiling hot car. But they didn't do it intentionally. Don't you think the pain of losing your child is enough? Well that and maybe an unintenional homicide (manslaughter?) charge. Stupidity cannot be considered a crime. You shouldn't get jailtime for being thickheaded. These people aren't cold blooded murderers.
The fates lead him who will;
Him who won't, they drag.

ignorance is NEVER an excuse in the law. besides, if you're good enough to have kids and a car it shouldnt take too much brain power to realise cars get hot in warm weather. i mean, EVERYONE knows that right?
