O2 XDA II worth waiting for?

O2 XDA II worth waiting for?

Postby tomrob » Sep 30, 2003 @ 12:32am

I was thinking about waiting for one of these, then selling my T610 and getting money towards it, rather than buying a h2210 or A620 now.

What do you think? Will the XDA II be up to much, speed wise etc?

That's exactly what I was planning on doing as well, as long as the company that makes my bluetooth car kit providers drivers for the PocketPCPE.

Any idea when the XDA II is out? I can't wait much longer to get my hands on a PocketPC. I already own a T610, reckon I may aswell just buy a PPC now? The camera on the XDA II will be better, and I quite like the idea of an all in one. Mind you, I think battery life will be dodgy

Umm gaming might be kinda wierd on it. Landscape will be great, but it will be pretty bad on games that are in port that need like 2 buttons or more ( I can name a ton but spawn comes to mind). Sure you have 2 buttons at the bottom but it's a pain to swich from side to side to press a button. Hell , 2 buttons on one side is pretty bad and your going to just have 1 ! . But then agian it has every thing you want built in , plus landscape gaming will be very nice :D. Emu's will be nice since you can swich it to landscape. If the o2 is as fast as the 2215 ( or faster) Id say go for it. Other wize id prob get the 2215 or a620bt.

Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."
