Mayakovski, sorry for not seeing this thread earlier but I am glad you were able to solve the problem yourself in such a short amount of time.
Yes, to any A716 owners who have problems that hard resets don't fix remember to turn off the battery power AND the backup battery power, by then your A716 should be just like new when you turn on all the power again.

BTW: Mayakovski, the hard reset after all the power is turned off is not necessary.
