I'm thinking about getting a mac laptop as well. We use macs (towers, those really expensive ones) to do the editing for our school paper.

Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.

You mean the Sony u50/u70? I LOVE that device! I was this (-> <-) close to buying one, but I figured my PC needed upgrading asap, so I did that first... I still wonder if I made the right choice...

Anyway, the price of the u50 dropped down $100 to $1750 + $50 shipping. If you pay via wired bank you get either a $50 discount or a special carrying bag that looks mighty-handy (over at ). I'm saving up for one at the moment, although I haven't got any new freelance job yet...
