Nope, as I've answered a dozen times.. the rumors started in Europe about a 1400mAh battery are untrue. Asus confirmed with me that the pre-order shipment of 730w's that left Taiwan for PROPortable last week have 1100mAh batteries..
They said.. why would we have a 1400mAh battery, when our extended battery is 1800mAh ? If you haven't seen pictures of the 1800mAh battery, it's on our site and I think I posted pictures on here as well.
A 1400mAh battery would thicken the unit as well.. so the purpose is to keep is as small as possible and to have the 1800mAh batter available for serious wifi users.
