I use 185 2-pass... 48 audio (44100Hz mono)

Not really any other secrets I have to share

.. sometimes I'll do a smooth/sharpen filter, but not often.

Accolon, if you need somewhere to host the guide, we would gladely host it. It'd be good to have diversity of guides available, even if they are on the same subject.
