Drivers for USB connection on the Casio E200

Does anyone know where I can find information on making device drivers that allow the casio e200 to function with more USB devices (I.E. I want to make a driver for my gamepad and cable modem). I have looked all over casios and MS's website, but to no avail.

Hook your cable modem to an ethernet hub.

Well, I don't have an ethernet card for my e200. I own a router, but it has no usb connection. Also, I don't want to pay for a ethernet card when my cable madem has a usb connection.

I see. However, developing device drivers is not a simple thing. It's much more difficult than just writing a little app, especially when you don't have direct access to all information about the hardware of a device, like a device manufacturer might when developing drivers.
