In a direct message from Peter Balogh, I was told that he has no ideaif the Nooginz are russian. Peter favors the Lupeez, and reports to me that:

"The Nooginz are evil "

actually the nooginz have a very complex background that would be hard to explain in a few sentences.. and they are not purely evil, they are just mean-spirited and very mad at the world.

you'll know why as their history and past develop to you....

but it will be a month or so until you find out...
