Today in History class, my kickass Soviet teacher was talking about how Bush said the missile attacks were designed to destroy all the Stinger Missiles. He was saying that the Stinger missile is a portable bazooka rocket launcher, and that "destroying" them with a missile attack is like saying "we will destroy all the machineguns in Afghanistan with a missile attack". Good ol' Bush with his clever ideas~

It sure would'nt be very cost effective to destroy Stingers with Cruise missles. And come on, the Stinger is SHOULDER AIMED, it's a portable weapon that fits in a back-pack.<br>Is young George THAT stupid?

No, President Bush is NOT stupid.  He doesn't ad lib very well.  Huge difference.<br><br>The man has an MBA from Harvard and flew jets in the ANG.  I don't care who your daddy is, they do not let morons in cockpits of fighter planes.  I don't think he made the quip about using cruise missiles to hit stingers.  I can find no reference to it in any news article.<br><br>Jim
