I pipe the graphics settings as high as I can handle it. I only use benchmarks to determine if overclocking is worth the risk in certain games. Todays games, I get a 5fps improvement average. Not worth the risk. Next gen games will be worth the risk of overclocking, as they will run like meatloaf on all but the fastest computers, except the Unreal Warfare engine
