You might wanna try RealOne Player for Pocket PCs at http://www.real.com/realonemobile/download.html. I have a GPRS jacket for my Ipaq, and last night I listened to Virgin Radio UK for over half an hour. Problem with this one is, it would only play RealAudio files (doh!). What compounds the problem further is that most RealAudio files are now embedded into pages, so it's rather a pain to navigate to them on the Ipaq. Not impossible, tho.
I suggest you hunt around for .ram files. These are essentially pointers to Real Media streaming files. You can also create your own .ram files. For instance, virginradio.ram is just a single line:
rtsp://real-live-a1.ginger.com/encoder/VirginRadio
What you can do is either copy this line into a file called virginradio.ram in your \My Documents folder OR paste it into File / Open Location... in the RealOne Player. The advantage of the former is you can keep a tidy collection of streaming audio bookmarks, as these take up less than 100 bytes on your machine.
Here are two more, a radio in Talinn, Estonia and Budapest, Hungary (yay!)

Have fun!
