I can watch them... Well, I think that PocketDivx for the newest iPAQ's is still in the beta stage.

Did you download the version of PocketDivX specifically for your device?
Make sure you close out of all other programs and end them in Settings>Memory>Running Programs before playing a movie or music so that some other program isn't using resources when it shouldn't.
Have you played with the options in PocketDivX, such as caching?
