Robert: I listened to some Monster Magnet songs and well, not bad, but they aren't that good that I would buy their CD ;)

Ideot, could I sense an enormous amount of hypocrisy?? Who's the one who originally asked about Mushroomhead and all the heavy metal bands?? Could it be... Ideot! Ideot, everyone up here in the northeast listens to heavy metal and alternative rock, even all the girls. Just on Friday, I saw a girl in my school whose the number one in class ranking (you can't get anymore preppy than her) wearing a Slipknot shirt, and listening to it too. Ideot, I listen to crazy metal music because I like too. Plus I think the stereotype "nerd" and "geek" is gone now, because I don't know anyone in my school that doesn't know how to use a computer. And if being a "nerd" is "uncool", then why do we all show off our PPCs? I know I do ;-)

yeah just kidding, but actually my school is FULL of nerdy geeks...

instant message awasixteyfour on AIM and start flaming him about how PPCs are better than palms, because he is a huge palm geek. But actually our school is so full of geeky enrdy geek geeks, that they are like "ooh the atirage card at 150% overclock is better than the Nvida graphics at 125%" ..whatever...its scary.

BUT ANYWAY...my new favorite band is....System of a Down. They are the best band ever, they might not be slipknot style heavy, but they have TONS of musical talent and they sound great. Chop Suey is their single, go on morpheus and download it. Their first album "toxicity" is a great cd, because every single song is VERY different and VERY original...and unlike Slipknot, you can actually distingush song from song!

so erm...there it is, get some System of a down.

And if you want their CD i could rip it for you and send it to you....but that is warez right matt and chris? so i am just kidding...kinda

I know of System of a Down, and yes, they are kickass. Toxicity is not their first CD, it's their second I think. All I know is that their first has a weird looking hand on it. I have Chop Suey on my PPC.

As for the nerdy geeky nerd geeks, the number of Palm users in my school has shot up dramatically, (yet no one with a PPC, except me), and well, no one's really a "geek", sooo, I dunno. Crao!! I gotta go real bad right now, my stomach just had a sudden impact of pain, and made a bunch of real loud noices and now I know I'm gonna have diahrea!! Crap!! I gotta go now, see ya!g! asga

AHHHH, ;) man was that a crap! That was real weird, I was completely fine, then suddenly my stomach felt like it exploded, and I had to literally run to the bathroom! And it was green!! *hears a gasp from Paul* For once I was glad the toilet was cold.

Anyway, before Toxicity, System of A Down's website used to be better. It would say "click to enter site" then "are you really sure you want to enter?" then "I'm warning you..." then "are you completely and udderly sure you want to enter, because..." and it kept going on forever unto you finally got in.

children children. I saw yyour musical delima and decided i must comment. THese bands you speak of, 95% of them are really bad representations of hardcore. THe bands you mention, most are gimmicy crap. Slipnot = gimmicy, Limp Bizkit = was good now gimmicy, Mushroom head = Super copycat gimmicy. My sugestion to you is to find some GOOD music. Go get a Soulfly cd, get a SOAD cd, get Deftones, get One Minute Silence, Revielle. Most music on the College charts is good. Good bands don't need masks and twenty three drummers to convey a message. Hopefully you kids will grow out of your childish fancies and realize that the best music, is the music that relays a real message instead of fake aggression towards the people you have come to hate. Ideot for once hit the nail on the head, you are pissed off teens lashing out at society.
