Dehacked modifies the original exe (exceptions yes, but I'll get into that in a bit) You'd load a dehacked patch, and it would change specific addresses to achieve this. Since gfDoom is a lot different than the DOS Doom EXE, this isn't going to happen.
Some source ports can load dehacked patches, and basically interpet them, and the source port would handle the changes natively. So unless a DEH interpeter is added, forget about ANY mod with a Dehacked script.
