That just isn't true moose. A lower clockspeed/high bus speed may produce the same results in some cases vs a high clock/lowbus, but a lower clock speed does not mean the bus is going to do anything to up itself or compinsate for anything.

At 400MHz the bus speed is set to 66MHz
At 300MHz the bus speed is set at 100MHz.

Check the General Developer Discussion on "Xscale Overclocking." The clock speed can be changed on the fly, and the setting for 300MHz CPU includes a higher bus speed. Or you could check Intel's whitepapers on XScale for yourself. I may not have the numbers exact, but I know that this is true.

Regardless, I stand by my estimate of 7.2.
