That has to be the most disappointing "IT" I've ever seen. Now 90% of the people in the US will be obesely overweight, instead of the current 70%. I hope that thing can hold 400 pounds.

Who is it aimed at exactly.
Do I travel the 2 miles to work on this stupid scooter thing which will take 30 minutes, or do i get in my warm comfortable car and get there in 5 minutes.
Maybe for city driving, but I can't imagine it being very robust against even the most minor of collisions.
Ingeniuos, but a useless gimmick.
Sinclair c5?

I fail to see the point in IT. I kinda figured it would be stupid.

Umm, what if it rains?

However, the techonlogy employed IS interesting. It works off gyroscopes, so it is driven by leaning and shifting weight...which is kinda spiffy.

I like the idea of IT, but if the whole world turns to IT, everyone's legs will fall off, because no one will be walking. I'd like an IT though, it looks funny, and it must be fun to drive.

Paul, here's YOUR

I don't think the sinclair will ever become popular, the whole thing that segway is boasting is size and portablility... I believe they say "if you can walk there, this device can take you there"
