I've been taking a look at this in my spare time - not sure if anybody else has also done so.
Results so far:
Mozilla/Netscape 6+ - works perfectly.
IE - annoying side scrolling issue but otherwise fine.
Opera - doesn't support css overflow. I doubt we'll get a satisfactory fix in the near future.
Lynx - my code is standards compliant and uses semantic rather than presentational tags- so it should be just fine. Haven't tried it though.
Pocket IE - haven't tried it. Should be ok - might be missing colour coding.
Netscape 4 - layout fine, no colour coding.
Konqueror - haven't tried, will do so sometime today. I'm speculating it will have the same problem as Opera.
Anybody else had a look at this and got better results than me?
