Button Mapping help

I am running pocketquake on an iPaq 3955.
How do you map the buttons??
I know I need to edit the autoexec.cfg but I do not know the syntax for my buttons. It makes the game very hard to play one handed. If anyone can clue me in, I would appreciate it.

You can use the built in menu to bind everything.
