I'm not going to be in town for New Years... and i still don't have a clue how she REALLY feels, so it may not matter anyway. But I still have hope. It just sucks that I haven't been able to talk to her for 5 days after our 'date' and then I'm gone for 7-10 more days. I get the feeling she won't show, everyone else is calling that they can't make it. It's the day after Christmas, I guess that's an excuse... I thought it was a good excuse to have a party though

This sucks major ass! The only people that came showed up an hour and twenty minutes late! I said screw it, showed them the cold left overs, went inside my room, and closed the door. I'm just happy that SOMEONE did come, even that short, curt conversation bolstered my emotional stability (is that one of those phrases that means the same thing? bolstering stability? Nah... I guess not. I've been reading my "Bushisms" book too much). Well, good night. Party was a disaster, but I got some good food out of it, so I'm happy. I'll be able to keep in touch through email with most everyone I know anyway, so I won't be totally cut off for 7-10 days... I'll probably stop in here too. I'm leaving first thing in the morning. See you in Ohio!

Thanks, dav. I'm not worried. The only thing I care about right now is somehow, within the next year, at some point, I need to get in contact with her. I don't go to her school, she's not going to Youth Group anymore, and during church I'm up in the TV Production room running the cameras, toaster, and character generator. So I have no contact with her aside from staring at her through one of the 3 cameras (no, I don't do that. I'm seriously not a stalker... and I know what she looks like anyway, no need to stare
