Ya, just because someone writes a disclaimer on their website doesn't mean it automatically usurps international copyright and patent law :roll:

It is illegal to transfer ROMS from one party to another. Ownership is not the issue. It's like fireworks. You're allowed to own fireworks, but it is illegal to buy or sell them. You cannot transfer copied ROMS, that includes downloading, burning onto CD, anything you can think of.
