Do any of you (not axim users) have 'Sticky Dpads'?

Basically I am trying to get an answer from a DELL rep on if the 'sticky dpad' problem is one I should return my AXIM for (or if it is a problem with all models).

But this guy (not a dell rep, some guy) keeps insisting that it is a problem with PPC2002 and that it happens on all devices.. Now... I have not heard it mentioned for any device other then the Axim... So

Do you guys (with non-axim devices) experience this 'sticky dpad' problem at all? Have you heard of other devices having this problem? Is this guy a total brainless supporter of dell who is making up bullshit to try to get us to love our Axim's?

btw- Sorry for starting a new topic to ask this, I just wanted to make sure it was seen

Not a single problem with sticky DPads on all my iPaqs (3600 and 3900, however my 3600 was repaired many times)

PPC2002 is probably the partyline of the moment, until they figure out something else.
holy internets batman.

Nope, I've used 4 different types of PPC's extensively and this is the only one that has the sticky problem.
