HELP, CANT INSTALL SNAILS 19B2!!!!!!!!!!

I cant install the latest version of snails, 19b2. It works fine until it gets to ceinst.exe it performs an error, and shuts down, ive tried uninstalling it, redownloading, everything! what can i do? All the other versions worked fine for me.

Have you tried freeing up space on your computer? and may be it is not compatible with your operating system on your computer.[/code]
