Yup, it does. Perfect... but only 74 minutes of video per CD? That's lame, real lame. The video is 570 MB, why can't it go on there compressed like that. It's just an MPEG, can't my DVD player decode divx? Oh well, I'll just have to split it.
You need to make sure it is 352x240. Get your file into 352 by something that maintains the correct aspect ratio and then letter box the clip to 352x240. This all can be done in vdubs resize filter.
