How do you find out your frames per second? Also How do you make it more in simple words. I have a hp h1910 and I want it playable on my machine...Help!

Just for the records.
Casio E200, exactly the same autoexec.cfg like Mali posted. GLYPHCACHE set to 16384 I get 10.4fps. :)
Resco File Explorer 2003 and Icbar is running in the background.
