Okay follow these steps exactly!

1. Take your finger.
2. Put it down your pants.
3. Then softly insert it up your ass.

If that does not work then try this link.

<A href="http://nimo.titanesk.com/modules/mydownloads/visit.php?lid=8">Nimo Lite Codec Pack</A>

This codec pack contains all of these codecs:

- The New Ffdshow filter which can play any divx contents: DivX 3,4,5 XivD
- The DivX Audio codec ( for few movies )
- The Fraunhofer MPEG-Layer 3 codec ( Best ever )
- The Ogg Vorbis Audio Codec
- The New Ogg Vorbis DirectShow 0.9.9.1
- The AC3 Audio Decoder
- The InterVideo Audio Decoder
- The MPEG Layer-2 Audio Decoder
- The New Morgan Multimedia Stream Switcher 0.95

If you can't figure out how to use this codec pack then repeat steps 1 through 3.

The reason it's not showing up is because you don't have the MP3 codec installed. If you download the package that TechMage linked to then you can use the "Fraunhofer Mpeg-Layer 3 codec" to encode with.

Ever since I installed that Divx Total Pack, the MP3 codec never showed up in VirtualDub. I just installed the MP3 codec again.
