Dunno if you actually meant actually creating music or just recording music as waveform audio, but is a surprisingly capable sequencer for PPCs (and also has a built-in sampler if you wish to record)

I have been using my iPAQ to record guitar lately, but the quality is so poor that you cant distinguish a G from a C sometimes :roll:

. The sound is just too "metallic" for my taste.
