Pocket Divx issue...

I just got my new Ipaq 3955 but am having a problem playing my movies on it. When I try to play movies I encoded that played fine on my E-125 (rotated left 90 degrees), it veeeerrrrrry briefly starts playing, then freezes, and I have to soft reset. Also, the picture is upside down...any ideas. I have tried several different movie files, all with the same issues.
Any help would be appreciated.

well, i do not think it is my device specifically that is causing the problem. i took my cf sleeve with a cf card that had a movie and the cab file on it for pocketmvp to best buy and slid their display unit into it. i installed pocketmvp from the cab file
and then tried to play the movie. i had pretty much the same results, only this time the movie actually played some, although it was upside down. then it hung up, and i had to soft reset.
sooo...it seems like this is either a problem with all 3955's (or a good portion of them anyway) or a problem with pocketmvp. I have emailed the pocketmvp makers but have not received a reply yet...
any ideas?

does anyone know where i can find the older versions of pocketmvp?

I tried several older versions, all with the same problem. I was looking around at the projectmayo forums and found someone else having this same problem. Soo...at least I am not alone, although it doesn't help me any.
Moose, when did you get your Ipaq? I am wondering if it might be a problem with the newer units coming out...The other guy at the projectmayo forum just got his as well. Maybe they slightly changed something in the newer units?
