hmm.. could it be that my axim is just messed up.. i mean its like almost any file i try to play on it is really choppy, but on my pc it is fine.. anyone have any advice??

Two Pass encoding always messed up my encodes on the PocketPC. Try Single Pass.

Two pass has never messed up on me unless I did something stupid.
