Okay, to make it stop dialing those extra numbers you have to go into Start -> Settings -> Connections -> Connections, then the Dialing Locations tab, then click the Dialing Properties button and change every line to "G" and only "G". This setting tells it to dial only the number you enter, which is *99***2#, and no area code or anything
[edit] ignore from here down this, you got it to work

Bluetooth can be EXTREMELY frustrating. Trust me, you're not alone.
I'd suggest you read Chapter 4 of the that came with your H5455 entitled "Using Bluetooth." (Pages 4(dash)12 and 4(dash)23 are particularly important) and starting on page 61 in your T68i's cellphone
Have you bound the H5455 to the T68i yet? That's the first step. Go into the T68i's menu, go down to Connections, then to Bluetooth, then Options, then Operation Mode, then click "On." After that back up to the Bluetooth menu and click on Discoverable. It will ask to set a name for your device, T68i is the default. After that the T68i will be set to Discoverable for 3 minutes time. This means that other devices will about allowed to see this device as accepting a first time link. On your H5455 on the tap on Start, then iPaq Wireless, then Bluetooth Manager. Then tap on New at the bottom, then Connect. Scroll down about half way until you see "Partner with a cell phone" and tap that. Follow that wizard through, selecting your cellphone type, then it will search for your phone, when it finds its name should come up as the name you entered on your cellphone when you made it Discoverable. It will ask for a 4 digit link key. Enter any four digits but remember them because you have to enter the same 4 digits in response on your cellphone in order to secure the link. You only have to do this once.
Now after you have successfully bonded the cellphone to your PocketPC, go back to the Bluetooth Manager (Start, iPaq Wireless, Bluetooth Manager). Now tap on New at the bottom left and then Connect, then tap on "Connect to the Internet" Follow the wizard through, then tap on "New Connection" when it gives you that button, then tap on OK. Enter a name in the connection name field, such as AT&T mMode or T-Mobile GPRS or Quazi-Quat or anything you want, it doesn't matter. For the phone number enter "*99#" that's an asterik, two nine's, and the number sign (or sharp sign if you're musical). You shouldn't enter a country code or area code if it will let you pass without them. Tap OK and it should begin dialing. Watch your cellphone, it should pop up with a "Connecting" dialogue box to tell you that it's trying to get on the internet.
Now that should be enough, you might have to set up Dial-up Networking settings by going to the Today screen, tapping the Bluetooth icon, then the Dial-Up Networking tab. Only mess with this stuff if the default didn't work. You should set the COM port to whatever COM port the Dial-Up Networking Service is set to on your Cellphone, probably COM8 as that is the default. Baud rate to the highest, flow control should work on Hardware.
