BTW: why don't you question our competition about their MUCH higher fees?

Also question to all PocketPC developers: has anybody tried to implement "ISO 12207 - framework for software life-cycle processes from concept through retirement. " in your work? I have asked this question group of Palm developers and the answer was that nobody has even attempted to implement that.
I know that there are companies developing for PC/servers that have tried and some successfully implemented this standard (parts of IBM, EDS, Compuware)

Experience, I think, as a Software Engineering undergrad, is probably the key to a successful software development lifecycle. Whether it uses an ISO standard or just some traditional witchcraft, experience throughout the team is probably the most influential.
