You are allowed to sell the physical cd, and product support, you can't sell the software.

So, you could charge $10 for it, and say that $2 is for the CD and $8 is for product support.

You also can sell a program that you can create acting like a navigation menu through all of the freeware.

I've had a few people email me and ask me if they could put my freeware game Magick Eye and the demo of Smash A Skull (when it was commercial), and then sell the CDs (that had other PPC game on them too), in brick and mortar stores for people who didn't have internet access or didn't even know about them. I didn't see a problem with that, because they asked me first. I do have a problem with people making these CDs without even asking for permission though.

Agreed. They asked me about the Pod and Dr. Pocket trial versions. I didn't see a problem with it. If someone buys the CD and wants the full version, they'll still have to buy it, so it works as free advertising for me.
