Just installed your GXMark on our PPC2000 iPaq 3660 here, and it too only shows a blank (white) square with four black pixels in the corners.

Sounds like it could well be a PPC2000 issue :?

BTW The resulting benchmark index is 1000 which of course is the same as your reference iPaq 36xx series.
