I played a lot of golf in my 20's, but then I got tired of waiting. You had to wait to tee off, then wait for some gomer to spend 10 mins looking for a ball he hit into the woods. Forget it. I'd like to go out there with a portable golf ball cannon and try to hit the green in 1. That would be cool... BOOM!

Here's a golfing joke I heard last week...

The police arrived and found a woman dead on her living room floor with a golf club next to her body. They asked the husband,

"Is this your wife?"

"Yes," he replied.

"Did you kill her?"

"Yes," he replied.

"It looks like you struck her eight times with this 3-iron - Is that correct?"

"Yes," he replied, "...but put me down for a five."

I've heard about a new sport - "Cross Golfing". Sounds like fun, you just need an old golf club, some balls and a place where you can play. Not important where.
You seek for a target, maybe a traffic sign and the one who hits it first is the winner. Then you seek the next target, and after playing you might go to a port and try hitting the ships...

Golf rules. You get to hit a ball as hard you as can towards your opponents caddy. Then just tap it in. tap tap tap it in. *in adam sandler voice*

Miniture golf I can stand. Now regular golf, sorry. Can't stand it. You take the Clubs and ball away and all you gots is walking. Or a fun go kart adventure.

Waaaaallk? What's that? I think I've walked on a golf course by accident once, but never on purpose during a round of golf. I always got to drive carts around... of course when it's 120 degrees F outside, it's a little too hot to do anything but die outside.

at 120 degrees F, it doesn't matter if it's dry or humid, .. even when it's dry you don't sweat you just start to have salt appear on your skin...

although now that you mention it, monsoon season just started, and i feel like I peed my pants every time I walk outside.
