I would avoid anything with gapi and/or draw in it: sounds too much like gapidraw.

I like PixelStorm too.

PocketGL is already taken & also implies some connection to OpenGL. Personally I don;t like the word Draw as it sounds more like a graphics package.

I think PocketHAL is a great name.. I think PocketFrog should have something similar so people know that they are connected..

Following the same naming scheme you get PocketGDI and PocketGFX (personally I thing PocketGDI is nice). Anything with Draw at the end and you risk mixing it up with GapiDraw (ToadDraw / GapiDraw etc).
