adobe photoshop for ppc?

Is there any adobe photoshop style editing programs for the ppc? i have pocket paint which is ok, but im looking for something more. by the way freeware is a BIG plus for me. :D

There's Pocket Artist and Photogenics, but they're both far from freeware.
