I doubt it.

Number one it wouldn't look the same, number two FPSE doesn't use throttling so the game runs as slow as the number of framerates it can process.

Yeah, but you look at some of the results the guys are having playing 3D PSX games, they're getting between 15 and 60 fps in a lot of games. It'd be interesting to text Quake II

hello, about quake 2, on my Asus A620, i got 17-22 fps (real fps, not in turbo mode which give false value for fps...) , depend of the scenes, it's a lot
playable anyway.

In the official boards he said
"The Fps is Real in no TURBO mode, in TURBO mode the FPS counter is false, due to Trick in Timing..."
Also the memory cards doesnt work in turbo mode and someone said that in some games the blood is green instead of red
