... The last sales figures I saw showed Palm at #1, HP at #2 and Sony at #3... this was about 2 months ago I think.

for EMEA, Q3'04, HP leads, Palm second. PPC has overtake Palm in europe last quarter.

Worldwide marketshare however is still lead by Palm and Palm OS. last number 47% POS vs. 35% or so PPC.
