X-Fighter Episode 1 :: Alpha release for performance test

Hi There,

I need help with my x-fighter game compatibility and performance testing on different devices. I'll be glad if someone can test my game on Pocket PC 2000, 2002 and 2003.

Download here : Updated : 11-19-03

Few notes on this installer :

1. Enemies are disabled.
2. GX.DLL is not included.
3. The money and weapons are limited. Sell you current weapon to purchase others.
4. Compiled for ppc2002 or lower. I just want to see how it performs on 2003.

Known problem on my testing :

1. If I run this game on my IPAQ 1910 storage card, there are brief pauses on music and animation. But I assume that it's my storage card since I experience the same on other games installed. Running on memory if perfect without any pauses or lags.

7. Comments and suggestions : overall how's the game performance in you device?

Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.

1. Your Device and OS : Ipaq 4150 WM2003
2. Current Frame Rate : Pegged at 60 frames
3. Running on SD/CF : yes, only when loading the credits it pauses like every second or so, music still plays but screen pauses.
4. Running on MAINMEMORY : reloaded in main memory no pauses except in main credits at beginning
5. Button Settings : Don't seem to be any bugs
6. Stylus Control : Don't know if it's supposed to fire when moved with the stylus but it does?
7. Comments and suggestions : performance seems great but I'd like to see frame rates with some enemies.
