2 asus a620 questions

I searched all over the internet and these forums, but i could not find the answer to these questions. I am probably going to get this for christmas, and my dad wants me to check this stuff out thoroughly beforehand. I am genuinely impressed with the reviews and movies of its performance.
1. How stable is the asus a620? By stable i mean how reliable is the device. I had a handspring visor, but that thing crapped out on me after a little while. Threw errors all over the place.
2. If i do have a problem how helpful will the support be? I had originally considered a toshiba e755, but with the laundry list of problems with toshiba's support i decided against it.

i have had mine since the first day it came out in the uk, I have had no problems so this answers one of your questions. Because I have had no problems I dont know what support is like, hopefully you wont need it.

In case anyone is wondering, I was told on Nov, 13th that Glenn Williams is no longer working for ASUS Tech Support.That's all I know about my A620.

Hey Hinde, you had problems with your Handspring Visor too? Man, I just never got that thing to work. Glad I'm not the only one that had problems.
