How high of a bitrate and fps for fast pace action movies??

Anyone know how high I should set the bitrate and FPS for fast pace action movies such as Swat, Xmen, Tomb Raiders...??? I don;t have the movies yet (still downloading them on Overnet) so I don;t know how high I should set them... Size isn't a factor as I have a few 1GB Compact Flashes...I tried encoding a 30 min anime episode of Love Hina Again but I didn't like the quality on my A620... I think I had the Bitrate at 300k and the FPS at default of 23FPS PAL...The video seem to be a bit grainy and jumpy at times...

most movies run 30-60fps. Don't talk about warez on Pocketmatrix, it will only get you banned... Just be happy the admins didn't tell you first
